1. Author Guidelines

Publication Standards

A General Requirements

Language & Scientific Style
Written in high-quality, formal academic English adhering strictly to standard scientific terminology and grammar.
Identification & Affiliation
Full legal names without academic titles. Must specify department, institution/university, country, and official email.
Manuscript Length Limit
Maximum of 15 pages, including abstracts, figures, tables, footnotes, and bibliographic entries.
Reference Volume & Quality
Minimum 20 references. At least 80% primary sources (reputable journal articles published within last 10 years).
Citation Manager & Style
Managed via Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote following APA 7th Edition Style with active DOIs.
Digital Identifiers (DOI)
Active, clickable DOIs (`https://doi.org/...`) must be explicitly provided for all reference entries where available.

B Plagiarism Screening & Originality Policy

Strict Threshold
Similarity < 20%
Verified via Turnitin or iThenticate. Manuscripts must demonstrate original content under 20% similarity.
Prohibited Practice
Self-Plagiarism Policy
Redundant publication or recycling of author's own previously published text without attribution is forbidden.
Editorial Action
High Similarity Protocol
Submissions exceeding 20% similarity during initial screening will be returned for mandatory revision or face immediate desk rejection depending on severity.

C Metadata Completeness & Authorship

• ORCID iD Registration Required for all listed co-authors (orcid.org) to secure scholarly identity.
• Affiliation Details Full Department, Faculty, University/Institution name, and Country must be specified.
Single Author Regulation
Single/sole author submissions are strictly reserved for Invited Keynote Authors or Highly Reputable Scholars with verified citation records. Standard submissions should represent collaborative research teams.

10 Mandatory Steps

Authors must verify compliance with every item below before submitting. Non-compliant manuscripts will be returned prior to peer review.

Originality & Plagiarism Compliance Manuscript is original, unpublished, not under review elsewhere, and satisfies the < 20% similarity limit.

Author Metadata Completeness Full names, ORCID iDs, institutional affiliations, country, and valid emails for all co-authors are registered in OJS.

Single Author Eligibility Check If submitted by a sole author, confirms status as an invited scholar or demonstrates a high-impact citation record.

Acceptable File Format Submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc / .docx), OpenOffice, or RTF document format.

Bibliographic Integrity & DOIs Minimum 20 references in APA 7th Edition style (80% primary journal sources within 10 years) with active DOIs.

High-Resolution Illustrative Materials All figures and tables are numbered sequentially, titled, crisp/clear, and referenced in main body text.

Copyright & Permissions Written permissions secured for publishing third-party images, diagrams, or copyrighted data.

Article Processing Charge (APC) Agreement Author agrees to journal's publication fee structure upon official manuscript acceptance.

Page Length & Layout Formatting Strict adherence to maximum 15-page limit and styling provided in official manuscript template.

Anonymity for Double-Blind Review All author names, affiliations, and self-identifying references strictly removed from the manuscript file.
