The Journal of Government and Civil Society charges an Article Processing Charge (APC) of IDR 2,000,000 for manuscripts up to 20 pages. An additional fee of IDR 100,000 per page applies to extra pages.

This fee is strictly allocated to maintain high-quality publication standards, including professional editorial management, technical production, and rigorous evaluation processes. The APC is payable only after the manuscript is officially accepted for publication.

Waiver Policy: To ensure financial constraints do not barrier publication, authors may request a waiver. Waiver applications must be submitted concurrently with the initial manuscript submission. The approval of a waiver is at the sole discretion of the Editor-in-Chief and will have absolutely no influence on the editorial review or peer-evaluation process.
