Academic Background: Holds a Ph.D., Doctoral degree, or is an advanced Doctoral Candidate in Public Policy & Administrative Innovation, Civil Society & Civic Engagement, or Local Governance & Decentralization.
Research Familiarity: Possesses a solid understanding of empirical research designs, qualitative/quantitative methodologies, and familiarity with international publishing ethics.
Professional Integrity: Committed to offering constructive, objective feedback within a designated review timeline (typically 21 days).
