Copyright Notice & Licensing Terms

Authors who publish with Community Services and Social Work Bulletin (CSWB) agree to the following copyright and licensing terms regarding the distribution and reuse of their published work:

1. Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0)

Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

This license permits anyone to:

  • Share: Copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format for any purpose, even commercially.
  • Adapt: Remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, even commercially.

*Under the conditions that appropriate credit is given to the original authors and initial publication in CSWB, and any derivative works are distributed under the same license terms.

2. Secondary Publication & Contractual Arrangements

Authors are permitted to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., posting it to an institutional repository, disciplinary archive, or publishing it in a book chapter), provided that an explicit acknowledgment of its initial publication in Community Services and Social Work Bulletin is included.

3. Self-Archiving & Pre-print Policy

Authors are permitted and strongly encouraged to post their manuscript online (e.g., on personal websites, institutional repositories, or pre-print servers) prior to and during the submission process. This self-archiving practice fosters productive scholarly exchanges, enhances transparency, and leads to earlier and greater citation impact for the published work.

📄 Authors retain copyright without restrictions and grant CSWB non-exclusive publishing rights.
