Publication Frequency & Editorial Cycle Schedule
Community Services and Social Work Bulletin (CSWB) is a peer-reviewed academic journal officially published biannually, releasing two issues per volume annually in June (Issue 1) and November (Issue 2). To ensure rigorous quality control and timely dissemination, authors are strongly encouraged to submit their manuscripts in accordance with the structured editorial lifecycle outlined below:

Standard Peer Review & Processing Timeline
- Initial Desk Evaluation: 3 – 7 days from initial submission.
- Double-Blind Peer Review Duration: 4 – 8 weeks.
- Revision Period for Authors: 2 – 3 weeks (depending on requested modifications).
- Acceptance to Online Publication: 2 – 4 weeks post-final proofreading.
📌 Continuous Submission Policy: CSWB accepts manuscript submissions year-round through our Open Journal Systems (OJS). Manuscripts submitted outside the active window for an upcoming issue will automatically be queued for evaluation in the subsequent publication cycle.
