Digital Archiving & Preservation Policy

Digital Archiving & Preservation Policy

Community Services and Social Work Bulletin (CSWB) is committed to the long-term digital preservation of all published scholarly content to ensure perpetual access, discoverability, and permanent availability for researchers, academic institutions, and the public worldwide, even in the event of server failures or journal discontinuation.

1. PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) & LOCKSS/CLOCKSS

CSWB utilizes the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) through Open Journal Systems (OJS) to digitally preserve all published articles. Additionally, the journal participates in the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) and CLOCKSS (Controlled Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) distributed archiving initiatives, creating decentralized permanent archives among participating university libraries.

2. National Repositories & Indexing Databases

All published issues and metadata are regularly harvested, deposited, and preserved across national digital indexing frameworks, including GARUDA (Garba Rujukan Digital) and RAMA Repository administered by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia.

🛡️ Permanent digital preservation guaranteed via PKP PN, LOCKSS, and GARUDA.
